Regular coaching meetings with 1 or more IVY coaches
Advance Coaching
Participation of other coaches in the network, if there are special topics upcoming

Key challenges here are organizational structure and delegation of decision power.

It shows the maturity of company, where Sales, Profits, Cash Flow stay steady or slow down. The main challenge is the diversification of the business.

The renewal of the portfolio is produced through Open Innovation strategies or through creating independent internal teams. The main challenge in this stage is related with reluctance to change.
