My Approach to Coaching
When growing my first company I learned the principle of “Ask Why five times” to find the root cause of an issue, because successful business is built on addressing the root causes. I am endlessly curious to help companies find new and better solutions to the needs and challenges of their customers, and share my experiences on how to navigate the path to international growth.
